​This distinctive cold coffee is the culmination of a full-day preparation to achieve its rich depth of flavor.


​1. The Horchata Infusion:

The process begins with an extended, six-hour cold infusion.

​Ingredients Soaked:

1 cup of Jasmine Rice

​1 tablet of Abuelita Mexican Hot Chocolate

​3 Cinnamon Sticks (Canela)

​4 cups of Water


​2. The Emulsification and

Sweetening:

Following the infusion, the mixture is carefully blended to achieve a creamy texture and balanced sweetness.

​Blending Ingredients Added:

1 can of Evaporated Milk

​1 can of Sweetened Condensed Milk

​1 tsp of Vanilla Extract

​2 tbsp of Café Bustelo Instant Espresso Powder (Providing a strong, authentic coffee base)


​The ingredients are blended thoroughly on high speed until fully integrated.

​3. Finishing and Presentation:


The beverage is then refined through a careful straining process.

​Final Adjustments:


​1 cup of additional Milk

​1 cup of Water

​Ice
